Commitment and Impartiality of LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah
That LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah in carrying out its PPH inspection function will apply the principle of impartiality as follows:
Every Auditor and management signs an Integrity Pact.
Every Auditor who will be assigned to a Business Actor will sign a Conflict Free Letter.
The auditor assigned to the Business Actor is an auditor that is in accordance with the Scope.
Each Auditor fulfills the LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah code of ethics, namely not consuming the product being examined and not receiving funds for personal gain.
LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah accepts Business Actors from all elements of society unless they conflict with Islamic law.
LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah Quality Policy
To realize the achievement of this quality policy, LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah management is committed to:
Implement good and correct management governance of the halal inspection agency (good corporate governance) referring to and in accordance with the Management System of SNI ISO/IEC 17065:2012 (ISO/IEC 17065:2012) and other requirements that apply in the field of Halal Product Assurance both nationally and internationally.
Ensure that all personnel at all levels of LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah management are Muslim with an adequate understanding of Islamic law in the field of halal.
Ensure that all LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah personnel according to their position in the organization, understand their main duties and functions to realize the quality of trusted halal inspection results.
Ensure that all LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah Halal Auditor personnel only work to carry out halal inspection audits for and on behalf of LPH-KHT Muhammadiyah and do not work for other Halal Inspection Agencies.
Providing adequate and consistent infrastructure resources, facilities and infrastructure to improve competence, integrity and professionalism of human resources on an ongoing basis.
Consistently conducting periodic evaluations including Internal Audit and Management Review to ensure the realization of an increase in the quality of halal inspection services through the stages of continuous improvement (Continual Improvement).
